Aku bukan anak-anak tapi Mas-mas

Berawal dari percakan dua orang anak yang sedang bermain di area mandi bola. Namanya Mas Abi dan Mbak Nabila.
Nabila  : Ustadzah….lihat ada drumband! (sambal menunjuk ke atas almari)
Mas Abi yang mendengar langsung menimpali,
Abi     : Itu kan drumband anak-anak? (Kata Mas Abi sambil melongok ke atas)
Nabila : Bukan, itu drumbandnya kakak TK! Kata Mbak Bila sambil cemberut…
Melihat suasana semakin genting, Ustadzah akhirnya menengahi....
Ust     : Kalau Mas Abi anak-anak atau bukan?
Abi    : Bukan Ust…. Abi kan Mas-mas bukan anak-anak…

Menentukan KKM TIK

KKM (Kriteria Ketuntasan Minimal) adalah nilai standar yang harus dicapai siswa dalam pembelajaran, apabila nilai yang diperoleh baik ulangan maupun tugas belum mencapai KKM yang ditentukan oleh guru, maka siswa harus mengikuti remedial atau perbaikan.

Rambu-rambu Penentuan KKM:

1. KKM ditetapkan pada awal tahun pelajaran.
2. KKM ditetapkan oleh forum MGMP sekolah.
3. KKM dinyatakan dalam bentuk persentase berkisar antara 0 – 100.
4. Nilai ketuntasan maksimal belajar adalah 100.
5. Kriteria ditetapkan untuk masing-masing Indikator  Pencapaian Kompetensi idealnya berkisar 75%.
6. Sekolah dapat menetapkan KKM di bawah kriteria ideal.
7. Dalam menentukan KKM dengan mempertimbangkan tingkat kemampuan rata-rata peserta didik, kompleksitas Indikator Pencapaian Kompetensi dan kemampuan sumber daya pendukung.
8. KKM dapat di cantumkan dalam Laporan Hasil Belajar Peserta Didik sesuai model yang dipilih sekolah.

Kriteria Penetapan KKM

1. Kompleksitas Indikator Pencapaian Kompetensi (Kesulitan dan Kerumitan)
2. Daya dukung (sarana/ prasarana, kemampuan guru, lingkungan dan biaya)
3. Intake siswa (masukan kemapuan siswa)

Menentukan nilai Kompleksitas Indikator Pencapaian Kompetensi (Kesulitan dan Kerumitan) materi pelajaran, boleh jadi mudah untuk satu siswa, dan sulit untuk siswa yang lain.

1. Tinggi/ sulit = 1
2. Sedang = 2
3. Rendah/ mudah = 3

Menentukan nilai Daya dukung (sarana/ prasarana, kemampuan guru, lingkungan, dan biaya), misalnya; buku, lks, lab.komputer, internet, perpustakaan, lcd, dll.

1. Tinggi = 3
2. Sedang = 2
3. Rendah = 1

Menentukan nilai Intake siswa (masukan kemapuan siswa)

1. Tinggi = 3
2. Sedang = 2
3. Rendah = 1

Membuka Protect Sheet pada Excel

Cara membuka Protect Sheet (Unprotect Sheet) di Excel, dengan menggunakan fasilitas Add-In. Adapun langkah-langkah melakukan Unprotect Sheet di Excel adalah sebagai berikut :

1. Buka File Excel yang akan di Unptotect.
2. Extract File Password, dan jalankan Password Add-In.
3. Jika muncul tampilan Password.xla contains macros, pilih Enable Macros.
4. Jika muncul tampilan Password remover now loaded, pilih Ok.
5. Lalu pilih menu Tools, Unprotect Sheet.
6. Kemudian pilih Ok.
7. Selesai.

NB: Cara ini bisa digunakan pada Ms. Excel 2003. Yang lain belum diuji coba. Harap maklum.

Discovering shorcut Excel 2010

F11 => Create a new chart on a separate chart sheet (of the default chart type) by using data in the selected range.

Alt+F1 => Create a new, embedded chart (of the default chart type) by using the data in the selected range.

F5 => Display the Go To dialog box.

Alt => Display the keytips for the Ribbon commands so that you can access the commands by using letters on the keyboard.
 

F2 => Edit the active cell.
 

Shift+F2 => Edit the comment in the active cell or insert a comment if the cell doesn’t have one.
 

Ctrl+Shift+_ => Remove all borders from the selected cells.
 

Shift+F10 => Display the shortcut menu for the selected item.
 

Ctrl+F6 => Activate the next window.
 

Ctrl+PgUp => Activate the previous sheet in the workbook.
 

Ctrl+PgDn => Activate the next sheet in the workbook.
 

Alt+Ctrl+V => Display the Paste Special dialog box.
 

Alt+= => Perform the equivalent of clicking the AutoSum button.
 

Ctrl+B => Make the selected cells bold.
 

Ctrl+C => Copy the selected cells.
 

Ctrl+D => Copy the top cell in a selected range to the other cells in the selection.
 

Ctrl+F => Display the Find dialog box.
 

Ctrl+H => Display the Replace dialog box.
 

Ctrl+I => Make the selected cells italic.
 

Ctrl+N => Create a new default workbook.
 

Ctrl+R => Copy the leftmost cell in a selected range to the other cells in the selection.
 

Ctrl+S => Save the active workbook.
 

Ctrl+V => Paste a copied or cut item in the selected cell.
 

Ctrl+X => Cut the selected cells.
 

Ctrl+Y => Repeat the last repeatable command. If the last command was Undo, this shortcut reverses the Undo.
 

Ctrl+Z => Undo the last action.

The Quick Access Toolbar

Seringkali kita melupakan yang namanya The Quick Access Toolbar atau Toolbar Mini. Tetapi jangan salah, toolbar ini dapat menghemat banyak untuk shorcut atau jalan pintas ke ribbon. Tanpa harus ke ribbon, kita dapat menggunakan beberapa tool.

Jangan abaikan toolbar Akses Cepat ini. Ini adalah tempat Anda untuk meletakkan perintah yang sering Anda gunakan. Akses Cepat toolbar selalu terlihat, tidak peduli tab yang ditampilkan. Untuk memanggilnya sangat mudah, cukup klik kanan maka akan muncul toolbar mini.
